Frequently Asked Questions
Our team has compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions about our program. If there is a question that you don't see the answer to, feel free to use our contact form to submit a question.
When does the next course begin?
Where will the next course be located?
The next course will be held in Lehi, Utah at the Kiln. The Kiln is a co-working space created to inspire, connect, and accelerate business growth. We selected the Kiln as the location for our Lehi classes to offer our students an environment that could facilitate relationships and opportunity. The Kiln has a large classroom space with seating, tables, premium audio visual capabilities, and collaboration spaces. It is the perfect setting for Tangible classes!
What day and time will the classes be held?
Will there be courses in other locations in the future?
Yes, we plan to expand to a location in Salt Lake City in 2020.
Are the classes offered online for remote students?
At this time we do not offer the courses online for remote students. We expect to offer online courses and resources as soon as June 2020. Even with online courses available, Tangible will continue to focus on creating a tangible learning experience through our in-person courses.
What expertise level is ideal for Tangible?
You do not need a certain level of expertise for Tangible. We are looking for motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to take their ideas or businesses to the next level—no matter their level of expertise or past experience. Only the AceTRACK is meant for those who have previously taken the ElecTRACK or have past marketing experience.
What is the size of the classes?
Tangible classes are meant to be intimate enough to facilitate learning but large enough to offer a dynamic cohort of students to network, collaborate, and learn with. The class sizes won’t ever be more than 50 students.
What if I miss a day of class?
All students will have access to the class materials during the course to refer back to or use to catch up if classes are missed. The Tangible team and our mentors will be available to help students who have missed classes when needed. We also allow students to attend the classes they missed from their cohort in a future cohort.
Can I bring my spouse or cofounder to class?
Yes! We encourage cofounders and couples to attend together. Please ask our team about our current prices for cofounder partnerships or spouses. We also offer each student one buddy-pass to use throughout the 5-week course to give to anyone who has interest in attending a specific class.
What if I only want to attend one or two classes?
We can arrange for you to attend specific classes out of a 5-week course for a fee of $300 per class. If you have interest in this option please complete an application and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Tangible offer a payment plan?
No, we do not offer a payment plan. A deposit payment is required soon after your acceptance into the program to reserve your spot, and the remaining tuition amount is due two weeks before the first class. If you have questions about payments, please contact email@example.com.
Can I get a refund if I decide the course is not a good fit for me?
We stand behind our course and are committed to offering you the best e-commerce education to help your business succeed.
The deposit and tuition is fully refundable up to two weeks before the class starts. Refunds after that deadline will be given on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Tangible team.
How much does it cost to attend? Does each track cost the same?
Tangible offers two packages for our 5-week courses. The premium package is $1,299 per person. We highly recommend the premium package which includes several benefits like one-on-one mentoring, 5 weeks of coworking space, and access to current and past workshop videos on top of the 5-week course. The base package is $899 per person and only includes the workshops during the 5-week course.
The prices are the same for both the SparkTRACK and ElecTRACK.
What if I can’t afford the course?
We have occasionally partnered with local companies to offer Tangible students full or partial scholarships. These scholarships can be quite competitive and are not offered for every course. To be notified of scholarship opportunities please follow Tangible on Instagram and Facebook where the scholarships will be posted.
What if I don't get accepted into the program?
If you are not accepted into the program that does not mean you are not the right fit for Tangible. We curate each cohort with students that we feel will learn well together based on their product and business model. You application might also not be accepted if the cohort is full. Our team is happy to provide you with feedback if you are not accepted.
